Lyra Central
Lyra Central is an institutional platform for receiving, monitoring and managing SOS alerts, designed for authorized organizations.

Who is it for?
Lyra Central can be made available to municipalities, associations, shelters, victim support organizations, social institutions, services supporting older people, child and youth protection organizations and other authorized organizations.
Access requires a licence, contract, organization setup, administrative authorization and identified operators.
Who can access it?
- Platform administrator
- Organization administrator
- Authorized operator
- Participant connected to the organization through a code and authorization process
Lyra Central is not public and does not allow open registration. Each operator uses individual credentials, and access depends on their role and organization.
An operator must not access data belonging to another organization.
How it works
- Lyra creates and configures the organization.
- The organization receives institutional access.
- The administrator creates or invites operators.
- The organization generates codes for participants.
- The participant submits or uses the connection code.
- The organization approves or rejects the request.
- After authorization, that participant's alerts can appear in the organization's Lyra Central.
- When an SOS is sent, Lyra Central receives the alert.
- Operators can view status, priority, location, latest update, history, notes and actions taken.
- The alert can move through the following states: new, being monitored and closed.
- Actions are associated with the operator and the organization.

Security and organization-level separation
The platform applies organization-level segregation, access profiles and operation tracking to reduce unauthorized access and strengthen operational accountability.
Platform Access
Lyra Central is exclusively available to authorized organizations. Once an access request is approved, the organization account will be created and the corresponding access credentials will be provided.
Accounts cannot be created publicly through the website. All requests are subject to administrative review.
